You get me for 30 minutes all to yourself!
30 minute sessions with me guiding you, teaching you exercise routines, working with you to reach your goals, and coming up with a strategy that's going to work for you and your lifestyle for the long term.

I get it Mumma. A lot of the time Hubby/Partner has already left for work, and you can't leave the house to go to the gym (because kids!). I get that it can be hard for mum's to fit in time for themselves, so I come to work with you at your home (garage, yard or inside the home). This means you can continue watching the kids as well as taking some needed time to work on your health and fitness too!

Small Group Sessions

Lack motivation training by yourself?
Maybe you just love the social aspect of getting together with some other mum friends to get sweaty!

 

If this sounds like you, grab a group of friends, or even your family, and train together. Small group training is available from 2-4 people, and designed with ALL your goals in mind!

Sessions run for 40 minutes, and are available in

packs of 5 or 10 training sessions.
