*Please note - if you are not local or unable to attend personal training sessions, you will be provided training sessions weekly for home use. Sessions will be provided for your individual goals.
ALL new clients must will be subject to filling out a client screening form PRIOR to their PT sessions, and pass health & fitness to be able to train. If undertaking training at home, you do so at your own risk, and are voluntarily participating. Please speak to your health care provider to be cleared to start exercising.
