Breath & Meditation
Our breath is the one voluntary & involuntary physiological action of the body and brain - if the breath is left unmanaged, we risk falling into a chronic sympathetic response (stress = fight or flight).
The consistent practice of breath work strengthens our lung capacity, prepares the mind for deep meditation, and cultivates greater intensity of prana (the electricity of our life-force) within and around us.
